This weekend’s social ride will be a medium paced ride approx. 40 – 50 miles. We’ll look to keep a steady pace but priority will be on keeping the group together.
As usual we will head north from Café Nero, over the Dyke to Albourne where we will have a look at who wishes to do what ride on offer that day – for those who want a faster paced ride please choose an appropriate group.
The proposed route will be on a loop along Twineham Lane up through Twineham, crossing the A272, looping around and heading back South again crossing the A272 and going via Wineham. Ride will head along the Brighton Road towards Henfield turning South towards Small Dole. The last leg will be heading via Fulking and Poynings and back to Brighton via the Dyke.
Please note: ride in a responsible manner, wear a helmet and suitable cycling clothes for the distance and weather. Bring puncture repair kits, necessary tools, food and water.
