freshly made vegetarian soup with crusty bread
oven baked filo purse
oak-smoked chicken and baby spinach leaves served on a pommery mustard sauce
goat’s cheese tart
with caramelised red onions on a rocket salad with a balsamic reduction.
MAINS
corn fed chicken
filled with a light pheasant and chestnut mousse with a bacon, onion and wild mushroom sauce
roast fillet of cod
topped with a pesto crust served on spring onion mash with a sweet pimento coulis
vegetable tagine
roast butternut squash and melted goat's cheese with steamed cous cous
all main courses are served with a panache of mixed vegetables
DESSERTS
warm chocolate brownie
with cornish ice cream and chocolate sauce
lemon and lime torte
served with chantilly cream and a duo of fruit coulis
