Social Ride - Sat 7th May

There are two social rides this week, the "Come and Try" ride, details here and the regular social ride.  Both meet at Cafe Nero in Hove at 08:00 for an 08:30 depart.

Riders are expected to be self-sufficient; money, foood/drink, spare tubes, etc.

About the Club

  • Brighton Mitre Cycling Club was founded in 1894 in the now-defunct "Mitre" public house in Brighton. Well into our second century, the club is still extremely active, and aims to promote all aspects of competitive and lesiure cycling, both on- and off-road. We welcome new members! Club rides for roadies depart Caffé Nero in Hove at 8.30am on Saturdays; a fast-paced, structured training ride for those with racing licences or ambitions to compete, and a more steady, social ride for anyone wishing to take it easy.
