Robin Johnson once again organised a superb morning's TT'ing, with the successful running of seven different events. The course was running a little slower than usual and the early starters were greeted with grey skies and some less-than-motivational drizzle, but that didn't stop 88 entrants turning up and giving it their best.
The usual suspects came to the fore; Pete Tadros won two events (and deserves a special mention for climbing Steyning Bostal in the Hilly '10' in a 53x21 because his inner chainring had broken) and Nick Dwyer and Iain Brogden also put in very solid performances.
Brighton Mitre had success with Tamar Vanderhaas winning the Ladies '10' and Gina McGeever coming second. Phil Allen and Jay Chisnall came first and third, respectively, in the Road Bike '10' and who could forget the man himself, Robin Johnson, being part of the Brighton Mitre team that placed second in the Flat '10' team event.
