Mitre Social Evening and Race Group Meeting

This is a message on behalf of McGeever Events Management:

Just a reminder that the forthcoming race group meeting on the 24th March is also to be a Mitre social evening.  All are welcome, not just racers, and spouses, partners, etc. are invited, too.

The venue is the Park View Tavern (Preston Drove, Brighton) from 8pm. Hope to see the keen racers and keen drinkers there.

About the Club

  • Brighton Mitre Cycling Club was founded in 1894 in the now-defunct "Mitre" public house in Brighton. Well into our second century, the club is still extremely active, and aims to promote all aspects of competitive and lesiure cycling, both on- and off-road. We welcome new members! Club rides for roadies depart CaffĂ© Nero in Hove at 8.30am on Saturdays; a fast-paced, structured training ride for those with racing licences or ambitions to compete, and a more steady, social ride for anyone wishing to take it easy.
