Social Ride – Sat 26 Feb 2011

This Saturday’s social ride will head out over the Downs and then point east towards Wivelsfield, South Chailey, Barcombe etc.

Final route to be decided based on numbers and road conditions (i.e. will it ever stop raining!) and what the group want to do. Max 3 hours with a shorter option available if required.

Saturday 12/02/2011 Social Ride

This Saturday will follow the Puncheur sportive route minus the Ardingly Resevoir section and we'll head back up the Dyke from Albourne.           http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/fullscreen/5231856/

About the Club

  • Brighton Mitre Cycling Club was founded in 1894 in the now-defunct "Mitre" public house in Brighton. Well into our second century, the club is still extremely active, and aims to promote all aspects of competitive and lesiure cycling, both on- and off-road. We welcome new members! Club rides for roadies depart Caffé Nero in Hove at 8.30am on Saturdays; a fast-paced, structured training ride for those with racing licences or ambitions to compete, and a more steady, social ride for anyone wishing to take it easy.
